A pure-foods brand where every claim is cited.
We partnered with a direct-to-consumer health brand to pair a pure-foods catalogue with health education you can actually check — every claim linked to a source, and framed as education rather than medical advice. At the client's request, this case study is anonymised.
Educational content — not medical advice
The health education built for this brand is general and source-cited. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Customers are directed to consult a qualified clinician about their own health and to seek emergency care when needed.
Overview
Commerce and education that earn trust.
The wellness market runs on confident claims and almost no evidence, and shoppers have learned to distrust all of it. Our client — a direct-to-consumer health brand built on pure, clean-label foods — wanted the opposite: an experience where the education around a product is as trustworthy as the food itself, and where nothing is asserted that can't be shown.
So we built the brand's storefront and its education layer to the same standard. Product content stays honest about what pure-foods actually means, and every health or nutrition claim is grounded in a citation the reader can follow to the source. Everything is framed as education, not diagnosis. At the client's request the brand and its owner are not named here; this case study describes the work, not the who.

How it works
How it works.
- 01
Start from pure foods
The catalogue is built around clean-label, pure-foods products, with content that's honest about ingredients and sourcing instead of hype.
- 02
Ground every claim
Each health or nutrition statement is tied to a citation, so a shopper can follow any claim back to the evidence behind it.
- 03
Frame it as education
Content teaches rather than prescribes — always positioned as general education and pointing readers to a clinician for their own care.
- 04
Ship responsibly
Commerce and education live in one responsive experience, with disclaimers kept up front rather than buried in a footer.
